Levels Audio is the industry’s most luxurious
Post Production house

Located in the heart of Hollywood, with a state-of-the-art 15,000 square foot facility, Levels offers the finest talent and equipment available.

At Levels Audio, clients can perfect every aspect of their project’s sound in a comfortable, productive environment.

History

Levels Audio Post was established by musician/producer/recording engineer Brian Riordan in 1999 in response to a shortage of independently owned and operated post audio facilities, which at that time were fleeing to Santa Monica and the westside of Los Angeles in a rash of corporate mergers. In just eight years, Levels Audio became known as the destination of choice for producers seeking the best in audio post service.
With HBO, ABC, CBS, CMT, ESPN, FOX, NBC, MTV, Showtime and VH-1 all completing successful projects at Levels, the sheer volume of work at the original 1606 N. Highland Avenue location necessitated a move to a larger facility with more potential. Riordan then acquired the former Birns and Sawyer location, a 15,000 sq. ft. building located at 1026 N. Highland and, in July 2006, opened a fresh, new concept in post-production: the industry’s most luxurious boutique.
Carefully designed over a twelve-month period by Riordan in conjunction with world-class studio architect Peter Grueneisen (NonZero/Architecture), the sophisticated new facility encompasses nine Digidesign Avid S6/ICON-equipped 7.1 dub stages, an ADR/Foley stage, six audio editorial suites, a central machine room, conference room, two large kitchens and lounges, a lofted guest apartment, and all of this with completely private, secured parking.
